Helping Individuals Build Skills for Life
I am a certified life coach and a parent of both a child with special needs and a neurotypical child. This lived experience informs my coaching approach and allows me to deeply understand the real-life challenges individuals and families face.
My desire to help others did not come from having all the answers. It evolved from living through phases of confusion, quiet suffering, and carrying more than I knew how to process.
Losing a parent at a young age left a grief I did not fully understand or give myself permission to feel. Over time, I learned how to put on a brave face, be the dependable one, and keep moving forward.
As a deeply empathetic parent of a neurodivergent child, I learned to take on the emotions and needs of others while neglecting my own, believing that strength meant endurance. That pattern eventually caught up with me, resulting in health challenges that forced me to pause and look inward. What felt like a breaking point became an awakening. Through counseling, meditation, reflection, journaling and building self-awareness, I began to understand myself with compassion rather than judgment. Today, this lived experience is what drives my work. I walk alongside others as they reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and move forward knowing they are not alone in what they are experiencing.
